All orders are to be paid in full prior to shipment. The buyer is always responsible for all shipping costs. International paperwork is included in the initial 2 kg of your shipment. Since we are an international distributor of equine medication we can not guarantee entry of your product. We can insure for loss or damages for additional charges, but can not be responsible for importation delays or possible denial. Although most of are products are nutritional supplements they may not be approved by your authorities. As the buyer you are ultimately responsible for your purchases. As the buyer you are responsible for any knowing the proper administration time for your juristiction. Any orders then become the responsibility of the importer and the importer will be deemed responsible for being in accordance with their regulatory or governing bodies.
Please note that we ship from Australia and packages generally take 7-10 business days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country. Please check with your country's customs office for precise charges. At this time we cannot sell in Australia.

Returns:
As this is medication all sales are final. In the event we ship you the wrong product or product is damaged during shipping we will credit you immediately to your satisfaction. In most cases we will credit your credit card or if you choose we will reship the damaged product with a future order. Please be certain to check your final order upon ordering to prevent any mistakes. Again we apologize for the stringent all sales are final, but unfortunately medicine can not be returned and resold. As a customer you would insist on new product every order and this insures you of such. We do not take product back under any circumstances, but will credit for damaged or lost goods when necessary. We do not refund import denials, possible seizure or shipping cost.
HorseMedsOnline assumes no responsibility with respect to these procedures or any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions & charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. If the order is refused the customer is responsible for both duties incurred at the border of the respective country and shipment back to Australia.
